Booking
• A session is considered booked once the date has been agreed upon and a booking deposit has been paid.
• The deposit is non-refundable and serves as a guarantee of the reserved date.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
• One reschedule is possible, subject to availability and prior agreement.
• If you need to postpone the session due to unforeseen circumstances, please get in touch as soon as possible.
• If the session cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the photographer’s or client’s control (e.g., unfavorable weather conditions during an outdoor shoot), a new date will be arranged.
Delivery of Photos
• The turnaround time is up to 3 business days after the session.
• Photos are delivered digitally through an online gallery.
• The photographer carefully selects the final images and delivers only successful shots.
• RAW files are not provided.
Editing & Retouching
• The number of retouched images depends on the selected package.
• All delivered images undergo professional color grading in the photographer’s signature style.
• Additional retouched images may be ordered according to the current price list.
Copyright & Publication
• The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images in accordance with applicable copyright laws.
• The client receives a license for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
• Photos may be published by the photographer in a portfolio, social media, or promotional materials only with the client’s permission.
Additional Information
• Travel outside Kostrzyn nad Odrą is priced individually.
• Studio rental fees and any additional costs related to the session will be agreed upon before the service is provided.
• Booking a session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Style & Portfolio
• The client confirms that they have reviewed the photographer’s portfolio and accept the photographer’s style, composition, color grading, and retouching approach.
• All photographs are created in accordance with the photographer’s artistic vision and aesthetic style as presented in the portfolio.
• The photographer is not responsible for subjective opinions regarding the artistic qualities of the final images, provided that the photographs have been delivered in a manner consistent with the photographer’s portfolio and established style.
• Booking a session constitutes acceptance of the photographer’s portfolio, artistic style, and terms of cooperation.
