A Few Important Details 💕
Booking Your Session
• Your session is officially booked once we have agreed on a date and a booking deposit has been paid.
• The deposit allows me to reserve the selected date exclusively for you and is therefore non-refundable.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the session unless we agree otherwise.
Rescheduling
• If you need to change your session date, please let me know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to find another suitable date together.
• One complimentary reschedule is possible, subject to availability.
• If an outdoor session cannot take place due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will simply arrange a new date.
Delivery of Photos
• Your finished photos will be delivered within a maximum of 3 business days after the session.
• Images are delivered digitally through an online gallery.
• Every session includes a careful selection process, so you will receive only the best and most successful photographs.
• RAW files are not provided.
Editing & Retouching
• The number of retouched images depends on the package you choose.
• All delivered photographs receive professional color grading in my signature style.
• Additional retouched images can be ordered according to the current price list.
Photo Sharing & Copyright
• Copyright of all photographs remains with the photographer in accordance with applicable copyright laws.
• Images may be shared in my portfolio or on social media only with your permission.
Additional Information
• Travel outside Kostrzyn nad Odrą is priced individually.
• Studio rental fees and any additional session-related costs are discussed in advance to ensure everything is clear and comfortable for both sides.

• By booking a session, you confirm that you have reviewed my portfolio and accept the photography, editing, and retouching style presented there.
• Every session is created according to my artistic vision and aesthetic approach while ensuring that your personality and story are captured in the best possible way.
